Thật sự rất hài lòng về dịch vụ, chăm sóc và tư vấn vô cùng tận tình. Mình chỉ xem trên review và chọn spa này, nhưng thực sự dịch vụ phải nói là 100 điểm. Nặn mụn rất rất kĩ và nhẹ nhàng. Đợi mình làm xong mặc dù khá muộn nhưng mọi người và chị chủ vẫn rất thân thiện. Về nhà, mình liền viết bài đánh giá này và 5 sao liền cho Spa. Lần sau, mình sẽ ghé lại mỗi lần ra Hà Nội. Cảm ơn Spa

Chuyên nghiệp, giá hợp lý, tận tình

In addition to the massage parlor I recommended in my previous review, I highly recommend this one as well. In fact, I would get a massage every day at either of them. I highly recommend the masseuse Han, who is not only beautiful and pleasant to walk with, but she's a grate massus. All the stuff here are amazing and the service is top notch! Really One of the best. I highly recommend getting an hour and a half massage. Don't forget to tip fairly. I recommend 100k dong

My father and I came across Rex Spa after dinner. We met Han outside her shop. She was extremely personable and friendly. She explained the foot massage services and the costs upfront. Han is very warm and personable. We followed her into the shop and she started setting everything up. Her foot masseuses Thao and Son soon came in and worked on my Dad and myself. The pressure and the techniques were masterful and professional. My Dad said it was the very best foot massage that he has had in his entire three week trip. Considering that he had a foot massage every day in Vietnam, this is very high praise. They know what they are doing here. Very friendly staff, great massages, and good conversation. Highly recommend! Will come back.

We visited this spa three times during our stay in Hanoi Old Quarter and every treatment was excellent. The therapists were skilled and the whole experience was relaxing and professional each time. The staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming.

36 hours of travel and my body was SORE. I got the deep tissue massage and it brought me back to life. The service was amazing and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Truly perfect. Hoping to return again before we leave. Highly recommend.
